Our Story
I built ElucidCX because I kept watching the same thing happen. Companies made important decisions around pricing, positioning, retention, or growth strategy without ever actually asking the people those decisions affected most: their customers.
I've spent years in customer experience and marketing, and what I saw over and over was a gap between what leadership believed customers valued and what customers actually said when someone created the space for them to be honest. That gap is where growth opportunities disappear. It's also where churn starts, where messaging misfires, and where perfectly good companies plateau.
So I built a process to close it. One-on-one human conversations, conducted with care and confidentiality, processed through AI to surface themes and sentiment, and delivered to leadership as a prioritized roadmap. The ElucidCX Method™ is built on one conviction: the most valuable data your business has is sitting in conversations you haven't had yet.
