Our Story
Our founder, Jessica Fraser, launched ElucidCX out of one core realization that honest, one-on-one connection can change everything for a business. Frustrated by interpretation gaps and shallow metrics, she built a human-first, conversation-forward consultancy—supported by elegant AI—so clients can lead with confidence grounded in the true voice of their customer.
